#Eat small frequently meals. #Follow balanced diet. #Include more omega 3 fatty acids, fruits, vegetables, pulses, nuts, complex carbs in food. #Atleast 7 hrs sleep is must. #Check whether you have any other medical conditions with physician.

For gaining weight,  you can consider these suggestions : 1. Maintain meal gaps: take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 15-20 minutes, it will boost up your metabolism and you will be able to consume sufficient food. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet. 4. Make rotis out of (50% wheat+ 50% besan) 5. Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday.

Hi Eat lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, omega 3 and 6 foods like sea fish, chicken soups, lean meats, eggs, nuts,seeds, dry fruits, good fats, plenty of water intake around 2 to 3 litres per day, fruit juices, fruit salads, vegetables salads, home foods, good healthy lifestyle modifications, good sleep and relaxation..etc..atrcall essential for bright glowing skin and increasing weight as well...

Hi Few things which you need to add in your diet is lots off fruits , soked dry fruits and vegetables. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water in a day. Introduce green eat in your diet. Add protein to your diet like eggs , chicken n lean meat. You can even go for protein supplement which you can have 2 twice in a day morning and evenings . Have rice, wheat and all gains in your diet. For full skin u can eat vitamin d one of the best vitamins for your skin, along with vitamin C, E  and K. Hope this will help you.

Pls have a proper balanced diet with adding on strength or weight gaining exercises.add on more of proteins,carbs,fats into your daily diet,add on vit-A,vit-E and vit-C rich foods mostly found in vegs n fruits.
