Facial asymmetry and crooked smile

1) My face has become too wide and its not at all photogenic i want a good smile which i had earlier i dont know the problem is in my cheeks or my jaws.my face has become really dull and wide which it was not earlier smile has become crooked i have seen on internet that by orthoganic(jaw) surgery it can be treated i need to know about the surgery and cost and if it is possible in my case
