Hi. It's not that abnormal.It is just a normal variation. Yes there slightly deformity on right. If you are really concerned then plastic surgery (chin correction surgery can be done)

It will be impractical to give a detailed analysis based only on the picture that you have uploaded. OPG and Lateral cephalogram are the xrays that will be required along with the clinical examination so that a complete case analysis can be done. The right treatment protocols to solve this can also be selected after that only.
