Pls guide what to do when seizure attack come. How to overcome the attack. Because last time when the attack come he got unconscious his eyes turned white and look like that he was not breathing for about 90 seconds. So what is primary treatment at that time.

If your child has had an episode of febrile seizure there are chances that he may throw a seizure with fever again.
For that,
1. Start fever medication when fever is there
2..Do not panic
3. Turn your child on his side
4. Don't put anything in child's mouth
5.Bring down the temperature by sponging from head to toe with normal water
6. As soon as fever starts ,Give him tab clobazam in a dose as advised by your pediatrician
7. Rush to your nearest hospital as soon as possible

Most kids will have problem of febrile seizure till 5years of age after which they stop
In cases of Febrile seizure, the recurrence can be controlled by controlling the fever in time and not allowing to become high grade.
Seizure generally comes, when a child has high grade fever.
So the temperature documentation should be done and paracetamol or any other antipyretic should be give as soon as the fever is above hundred. Cold sponging of whole body and forehead should also be done to decrease the temperature at earliest.
