3 times febrile seizure. Seizure?

How many times can babies get febrile seizure? My baby got first in the 11 th month due to viral fever then in 17 th month due to HFMD and after 2 weeks of previous seizure had another one due to stomach flu..Even with frizium he got fever.Paracetamol was given and frizium as well..He got seizure after 4 hours of this dosage when I was feeding him the temp rose very quickly and even sponging didn't help at that time.One dr said it's not good to get 3 seizures in a year.What further tests needs to be done to rule out any future issues.Handling/Seeing baby with seizure during fever is extremely mentally straining hence I also would like to know the chances of another febrile seizure in general public under paediatric.Thanks in advance.
