Hello, I use computer daily for almost 7-8 hrs for my job needs. It is causing dryness of eyes and i need to rub it. Sometimes my eyes becomes red too. Kindly suggest some good remedies. Thanks

You are having computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop and rub ocupol d's eye oint  twice daily on lids
Next Steps
follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every 20 minutes and. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes with freshwater and clean water frequently. Don't sit facing towards ac or blowers .
