Hi this could be because of dryness in your eyes because of increased screen time known as computer vision syndrome. Is there any localised swelling or pain on eyelid ? Kindly specify.. For computer vision syndrome , kindly follow rule 20-20-20 . That is look atleast 20 ft far which relaxes eye, every 20 min & blink atleast 20 times. Develop the habit of blinking your eyes more while using screens. Use lubricanting eye drop refresh tears 3 times/ day for a month along with this exercise. Long time use of screen time reduces blink rate & increases eye-dryness.. hope this helps!
