Pl have vision test and slitlamp eye examination. Pl take adequate sleep and Rest.pl have green leafy vegetables and fish and eggs etc. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Take adequate rest
If you have more screen time can use lubricating eyedrops ,follow 20 20 20 rule
Limit caffine intake
Get refractive error correction if any.
