Pl hydrate yourself.pl have adequate sleep. Pl decrease the screen time,as much as possible. Pl use lubricant eye drops You can use Blue cut lenses. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Use bluecut spectacles while working on screen. Follow 20 20 20 rule for dryness ,strain ,burning of eyes and headache. • after every 20 minutes while working on screen look at 20 feet distance for 20 seconds blink more. • Take adequate rest.
