Eye strain problem
Dr , i am suffering from eye strain problem my glasses no is - 10.5 and  -17 . when i see computer screen for long time my eyes gets strain and uneasiness feeling is there .sometimes water comes from my eyes . so whats the cause or reason behind this and how to cure this problem

Please consult local ophthalmologist for complete eye examination. While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan.

You have high Myopia. Pl follow the advise of previous doctor given.pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Avoid rubbing Maintain hygiene Blink more Drink water adequately Cold compression Cold water lavage Follow rule of 20- Means after 20 min of work ,take rest for 20 sec and look at 20feet distance Reduce brightness of the screen Away from AC Airflow Use lubricant drop- refresh liquigel Wear glasses outside Take nuts for essential fatty acids (Omega 3) Avoid second hand smoke May need physical consultation for thorough slit lamp examination
