This question is for an ophthalmologist - which mobile screen type & light bulb is better for the eyes - LCD or LED? Thank you.

Hello  LED usually means some form of LCD which used LEDs for backlighting. If the entire unit is edge-lit or back-lit by LEDs, that would be the safest option for your eyes.
