Eye strain after 30 mins of screen time
My brother (48 years old) is suffering from eye strain after working on computer for 30 mins. Forced to take frequent breaks. He closes his eyes for some time during break. It is affecting his office work and not able to complete work on time. He consulted few popular eye specialists in Hyderabad (Dr Agarwal) and wearing glasses suggested by them. But it is not helping much. Please suggest a solution for this problem. Thanks in advance.

Hi, while working on computer, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Stay away from ac and fan. You can use antireflective/ blue lens glasses while using computer. Eye drop teardrops 4 times a day for 1 month will help.
