  4. Eye pain screen time high. No effect!

Eye pain screen time high
I have been experiencing eye pain in both eyes my screen time is around 12 hours. There is no swelling but only pain I have been using refreshing tears eye drops but no effect

Hi.. You will have to be off screen for couple of days .. Reduce screen time Check eyes for any number Improve sleep and nutrition Use lubricating drops
