My 3 year old boy is rubbing his eyes at constant intervals for past one day..no redness.. not much watering.. what can be the reason.. what can be the treatment.. kindly advise..

Use chromal eye drops thrice a day for two days. This is anti allergic . Meanwhile you can arrange a video consult to ensure that weather this is a part of allergy or there are other causes . Weather it is a part of general allergy , in that case eye drop alone may not suffice .
