I have been suffering from tremendous twitching of eyes both left and right and both upper lid and lower lid for one month. I don't take tobacco or alcohol or caffeine. What may be the cause and solution. Please suggest me sir. It is affecting my research work and studies

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of blepharospasm This could be due to dryness Try A cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
