Eye power question
I got eye tested recently. It was
R sphere - .25 cylinder .5 axis 140
L sphere - .25 cylinder .5 axis 180
1.5 years before it was
R + .25 70 axis
L + .50 85 axis
Do think they made mistake while testing. Why is it negative. Does the difference make sense.

Minor changes may occur, it is continuous process, use eyeglasses which suits you,this is not major problem.

the difference is very small
if you are comfortable with old glasses then there is no need to change glasses

Refraction (spectacle number testing ) is highly subjective. To be sure one should get a dialated refraction done, which will give the exact number. I cannot comment on whether it was wrong as yhe details of how it was done is not available
