Is it okay to wear contact lenses on daily basis? I have -2.5 eyesight. I wear them daily for my office and my number is not very stable it changes after couple of years.

You can use them daily but you have to choose a proper contact lens and also get your eyes examined regularly if you are using contact lens. Consult ophthalmologist for detailed information
