Eye irritation problem

Hello doctor Yesterday I came from a heavy dust road and today I feel like anything stuck in my eyes It's an irritating eye I checked but didn't find anything, i also applied water but it did not cure please tell me any drop or some medications to stop this

Firstly don't put any water or any other things into your eyes Secondly use lubrication eye drops - refresh tears hrly as many times as possible and wait

if the condition is better then use the drops for three more days and stop it if the condition is same or worsening then visit a local ophthalmologist
