Eye inflammation with floaters
I have inflammation in one eye with a lot of clouds and black floaters. Doctors are saying there is no reason and treatment for this.Currently I am using Megabrom drops. I have no systematic illness. Will my eye heal in future or should I not be hopeful?

You need a retina check up to determine the cause of floaters and the health of the retina. Treatment can be started accordingly if needed.

Hi , it will usually settle with treatment , if not then have to go for follow up
Next Steps
1) Follow the instructions given by the ophthalmologist , continue the medications and wait for 1 week if you have started the medications just now ,if u have have already been using for several days , then wait for 2-3 days 2)If it is worsening or same(the floaters and cloudy vision) then you can go for follow up or second opinion with ophthalmologist

Usually vitreous floaters will settle with time but we need to rule out any retinal pathology.
