Extreme stress
From last month m into extreme stress or can say into depression. Facing a lot of problems like don't feel like to entract with anyone, don't feel like doing anything, at times feels like crying and I cry for hours as well have gained wait have inculcated may problems in body, can't express more than this even at times in one second I get angry and in Anger even tries to hit people.

It may be due to ur circumstances you feel depressed or stressed. Or may be u r comparing yourself with others and not motivated.   Or It could be even you seek attention from.yiur family and friends  which you don't get it. Any one or all the above may be the reason for u our state of mind. Do Co sultry a psychologist  and hv clarity and lead a healthy and happy  life.

Hi, from whatever you have written, you may be having Depression. Depression is a Psychiatric disorder and it is treatable. You cannot snap out of Depression, proper treatment is required just like any other physical illness. Please visit a Psychiatrist at the earliest. Also, as you have written about weight gain, please get your Thyroid tests done. Very often Hypothyroidism can be  missed . With a proper diagnosis and treatment plan you can definitely get better. Please do not delay, see a Psychiatrist soon. In case you are suggested medication, make sure to follow it up with counseling, this will improve your coping mechanisms and you can handle life stressors in a better way.
