Given that you are pregnant, your gum trouble could be hormone related, as is often seen in pregnancy. A visit to the dentist will be necessary to determine if the gums are swollen and need cleaning. Also a strong, fast acting anti-Sensitivity paste can be used to coat the teeth to provide some relief. Sensodyne/ thermoseal/ Shy NM etc are good and easily available at local pharmacy. A lot of dental procedures like root canals cannot be carried out during pregnancy so medication or palliative treatment may be given to relieve your symptoms until any actual treatment can be done.

Hello mam, This may be a gum problem developed due to hormonal change during pregnancy, which is nothing to worry. Just visit a nearby dentist to rule out the possibilities of cavities or deposits in the gums. Also if any procedure is required you can go for it since second trimester is safe for that. Avoid taking any painkiller without consulting your gynacologist. warm salt rinses can help in d meanwhile.
