Hi Doctors,
I have a bad pain in my upper chest it's a PMS.
If I work out in the gym like jumping it pains alot.
Please advise what shall I do.

What is PMS?
To my mind only those abbreviations should be used which have a universal acceptance and they should have just one meaning.
I don't think PMS qualifies in any of these tests.
