Extreme pain - neck, back, knuckle sound
Please help me. I have extreme pain in my back neck n half back from top with knucle sound. It pains 24*7 now.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

Try applying ice packs every 2 hours for 10 mins then try gentle stretching exercises as tolerated. Use volini or analgesic ointment to run over painful area. If pain persists see a Physiotherapist. Also improve posture and avoid prolong bending of neck.
