Extreme pain from anus
Continues pain from my anus and can't poop easly when i poop the pain is extreme please help

You could be suffering from anal fissure or hemorrhoids(piles). Perianal abscess is a possibility but less likely. I suggest you to visit a gastroenterologist ASAP. In the meanwhile warm water bath and laxatives can be used along with lignocaine jelly which can be applied at anal area for pain relief
