Extreme pain at vertebral and waist.
I am getting an extreme pain at a part of my vertebral near waist and the waist itself. This’s happening from yesterday. I’ve taken two ‘Pyrigesic 650’ already since yesterday but nothing happened. This is not a constant pain but when I want to move a little bit then that happens.

It seems a muscle spasm.  Take tab myospaz forte  twice a day x 3 days.  Tab pan d twice a day x  3 days. Keep a pillow below both knees when sleeping on back and pillow between both knees when sleeping on side. Turn to one side and then only gradually rise from bed.  Avoid bending at waist but do bend at knees.  If no relief then see an orthopaedic consultant near u for proper examination and treatment.

It is always better to consult an orthopedic surgeon for physical examination. Although, if there is no history of lifting heavy object or any injury, you can take a muscle relaxant like tab. myoril or tab myospas, twice a day for 5 days.
Next Steps
if it doesn't get better in 3 days, please do visit an orthopaedician for further management.
