Extreme pain and sweeling as wisdom tooth is coming(Down right). Due to this, I'm not able to eat. The whole area is swelled up which is causing fever and headache.

Visit a dentist Asap and get treatment done. Only treatment will relief your pain and swelling. Generally, if there is any issue in wisdom tooth, it is advisable to remove it.

For pain management i personally advice you to brush properly. Yes!! Brush properly. In my practice what i have observed is that whenever patient have a little pain a general human tendency is we avoid taking brush out there. But trust me bruah thoroughly it will definitely pain and may bleed for some time. But trust me 90% of the pain will be relieved itself. And very next morning visit a dentist and get the evaluation done and take advice what is best for you.

Wisdom tooth pain is primarily due to pericoronal infection.i.e the surrounding tissues of the tooth is infected.The infection can go by taking antibiotics as well as painkillers. But the origin of infection may trigger anytime.
So u must take a visit to dentist for the position of ur wisdom tooth and its surrounding structures with the help of full mouth radiograph.
