Extreme hair fall with bald patches
I have hair fall issues since almost 10 years now but recently there has been extreme increase in the same and I am starting to see bald patches on my scalp. I can see and feel my scalp every time I touch my hair and it is starting to look very bad. I am very scared that soon I will lose all my hair. Every time I touch my hair even very slightly, a bunch of hair comes out in my hands. Need urgent advise. Please let me know if I can inculcate some food in my daily diet which can help arrest my hair fall and also any other things which might help.
