External Piles
Hi.. I am 28 year old male suffering from external piles problem. Few days ago I got a wound on my leg. I ignored that and after some days that part got swollen. So I consulted my family doctor. He told me to consult a specialist. After some days I took the medicines given by specialist, I started feeling some friction while passing the stool. Again I consulted my family doctor. He said that maybe because of specialist doctor's medicine which are highly concentrated maybe it left some chemicals behind at the anal. And because of that it got swollen. So he gave me some antiinflammatories and an ointment procotsydyl. While applying this cream I feel hemorrhoids like part close to anus. This part is itchy and some time painful. Now I am suffering from pain while passing the stool every day. But No bleeding. I can't sit also properly. Looking for relief from this pain.

Hey, Better late than never. Topical treatments work fine for many people but because in your case you are experiencing difficulty, its best to consult a specialist (general surgeon). Let the surgeon assess and decide what to do next.
Next Steps
consult a general surgeon.
