Fear of death is a universal fear. The uncertainty of not knowing what awaits us after death may be daunting for many.

Reading books on existentialism by Irvin Yalom, 'Staring at the sun' or even "Man's search for meaning" by Victor Frankl.
Health Tips
If this fear is overwhelming and affecting other areas of functioning like work, school etc, kindly talk to a professional you feel comfortable with.

If these situations causing you intense anxiety or you always avoid such situations then definitely its a psychological condition, though it is not very common but one of the commonest psychological problem. Don't worry about it as this condition can be treated easily with proper counseling and medication. Consult a psychiatrist nearby or online for detail discussion and evaluation so that treatment can be suggested accordingly. All the best
