Existential ocd and maladaptive daydream
I am able to control it either by medication or meditation.but when obsessions stop,situations get more worse like excessive sweating{due to it,i can't go outside of home and always living before fan},fear,low self confidence,social anxiety,excessive quietness,no talking with other people,look like a dumb,live like a statue,not able to live normal life.but when obsessions create after quiting medication or meditation,all above problems disappear.i want to stop obsession but I can't stop it.same things happen with my older sister,why it happens only with me and my sister?I have not seen at least one case with other people.why?what should I do?

Obsessive compulsive disorder used to be a subtype of anxiety disorder. You seem to have anxiety symptoms. you will need to undergo comprehensive psychosocial assessment to clarify diagnosis. A detailed medication history will throw more light for us to enabke to understand the problem . However, cognitive behavior therapy comined with anti anxiety medication will help you.
