Existential Crisis
My age is 17 years. Weight:- 56 kgs Earlier I had fear of sleep which has now ended and now I am suffering from existential Crisis Sometimes I feel that I have been trapped in my mind and the questions like why I am here, why I am me and not someone else ?? These questions are eating me from inside. I am in deep anxiety plzzz anyone help me . Is there any doctor who can give me assured treatment ( medications too). So that I could get out of this soon. I have my board exams ahead and due to this anxiety I am not able to focus on my exam , I a a good students. I am really very depressed.

Hi, it's good that you've found a platform to seek the right kind of assistance. Are you anxious about your exams, the expectations from others, the results , tour future? It's normal to fear these things considering the competition in India. However, if you're spending most of your time worrying and overthinking, it's not the best use of your time.
Next Steps
Note down your thoughts  as often as they come to your mind. Address them later, or when you see a Counsellor. Create a study schedule that has enough short breaks. Breathe.
