Here I am attaching the X-Ray Report. Kindly let me know, what are the do's and dont's before applying of POP and after removing the POP.. and list of exercises to be done.

Avoid weight bearing stress and weight lifting and avoid sleeping on the affected side
Next Steps
Try to fingers mobilisations, check for the symptoms of redness, blueish discolouration, and swelling on the affected side

After plaster is applied: Start doing exercises on the non plastered joints from day 1. After removal of plaster : Consult a physiotherapist for supervised exercises program as it will avoid all the complications of poor rehabilitation.
