Is this pre treatment x ray or recent one?Its quite natural to get occasional swelling in fracture site but it should not persist.If pain is present better to check it with recent x ray and see for any associated issues.

Post fracture swelling is a common sign. Keep it in elevated position. Do hot and cold fomentation Do regular exercises after consulting the therapist.

Keep moving your ankle and toes of your foot up and down. You need exercises to strengthen the muscles of the foot. Consult a physiotherapist.
Next Steps
Dip your foot in hot water for 3 mins followed by cold water for 1 min. Do it for 15 mins
Health Tips
Don't sit with your legs in dependent position. Keep them supported while sitting. While lying down keep at least 2 pillows below your ankle.
