Exercise vs immunity.
I am 40 years old male. Moderate exercise like walking increases my digestive system and keeps me all day active. But hard exercise like running causes back pain, infection .I feel with my experiance that hard exercise keeps my suger controll & heart healthy but decreases my immunity. What should I do ?

Exercises like running will not cause decrease in immunity. Consider brisk walking/jogging for about a minimum of  30mins for 5days a week.

Instead of jagging you increase the duration of exercises like brisk walking to take care of your sugar levels. Take balanced diet with plenty of water and vitamins. If you have backache take tablet Paracetamol-650 mg twice daily.
