Exercise after c section
I had c section on Nov 26... 6 weeks is completed.. from when I can do exercise for losing belly pouch and fat ? Can I do kapalbhati ?

Consult a physiotherapist They will teach you pelvic floor and lower abdominal exercises which are good for postpartum women

It depends on your level of fitness before the operation. In any case 6 weeks is too short a period for starting vigorous exercise. You can go for walks, say about 5000 steps. You can do some simple Abdominal exercises.
