EXCIMER LASOR VS NBUVB In vitiligo.
I have  Vitiligo . There are 5-6  small white patches on my Right hand it is stable for last 2 months. (1)NBUVB OR EXCIMER LASOR WHICH WILL WORK BEST ON THESE SPOTS? (2) HOW MANY MINIMUM SESSIONS IS REQUIRED TO GAIN COLOUR IN SPOTS? (3) GENERALLY WHAT IS THE TIME DURATION FOR IT 5-10 MINUTES? (4)DOES THESE LIGHT THERAPY WORK ALONE OR IT WILL WORK BEST WITH PSORALEN TABLETS? Pls help me with General advice .
