Excessive hunger
Off late my son is eating a lot. We are vegetarians. He feels hungry even after his lunch and dinner. Recently checked for sugar. He is not having sugar problem. Sugar is normal. He is weighing 88 kgs. If he exercise he says getting more hungry. Any solutions

Hello, You have not mentioned his height to get a better solution. There could be various reasons to it:- 1. Stress eater people having stress most likely find comfort in food and become compulsive eaters. 2.Lack of exercise, as it helps massively in regularising appetite. 3.Dehydration / insufficient water intake:- this helps in curbing unwanted hunger. 4.
