Excessive gas problm and sleepness

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am having excess gas for the last two days. Especially at night I am having this problem and I am not able to sleep at night. I always have chest pain.I did ECG and echo but it was ok. Sometimes constipation also . And irritation.

This may be because of acid reflux in chest. Other gastric causes also need to be evaluated. ULTRASOUND ABDOMEN should be done. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc
