There  is excessive gas build up in the upper left abdomen it doesn't move, lft tests are normal, liver normal in size with coarse echotexture and spleenomegaly

Dear user, Lfts will get deranged only once 80 percent of  liver will damage. So I would give more importance to coarse echotexture and splenomegaly which signifies  chronic changes in liver like fibrosis / cirrhosis. Splenomegaly also points towards portal hypertension.. I would suggest you get work up to find the amount of damage to liver and cause of it, before it becomes permanent Regards
