Excessive dream
Hi, I tend to get 3-4 dreams per night and most of them includes things/thoughts that happened in day time or earlier days or some things that i thought are out of my mind but when dream comes then i realise that these thoughts are not out of my mind and they are still getting manifested within. How to avoid these excessive dreams because of these i am not able to get deep sleep and don't feel good when i wake up and i feel sleepy all day long.

Dreams alone are not something to worry about. You can learn to live with them. If the dreams are horrific and troublesome and make you frequently awaken at night, consult any psychiatrist in person or online for medication to regularise the sleep cycle. Good luck.
