Excessive bloating
I feel bloated after eating even a little food. My stomach literally distends out, at times so much so that i find it difficult to walk. I cannot seem to pass enough gas - remain very uncomfortable post meals and feel very puky. My motions are thin at times, but not loose. I often get constipation and at times get slight bleeding while passing stools. Is there anything to worry about?

Dietary modification- include fibre & probiotics in your diet! Eat small portions!! & try to figure out which foods cause it like does it happen after taking milk products? Meanwhile you can consult and start some medication! Also ginger tea or ginger water @ bedtime helps with bloating!!
