Every month fever
Hi doctor ... my baby name is thanvika .. 16months old .. my baby getting fever every month .. why ? Is this serious problem ? May I know the reason doctor .. she has one kidney .. Actually March 2 nd , 1st time she got a fever .. after 4 days recovered .. next April 4th again she got fever .. after 3 days recovered .. now June 5th again she got fever .. but this time she is getting fever in evening time (99 r 99.5 ) .. is this problematic please help out doctor ...

Proper history is needed. Is the child born with one kidney? How often did he have urinary infection? Does he need tobe given antibiotics every time? How long does the illness last?
Next Steps
It is common for children to have frequent episodes of viral fevers during this age because their immunity is not properly developed. Usualy this should not worry you.

May be due to UTI, Or any immune deficiency problem.. Need trtiary center for further cunsultation
