ESR is high 45 but no symptoms.
Last day i got my blood test done. Thyroid is 7.45 and ESR is 45. I regularly do hevay workout in gym and take whey protien, Testosterone booster ,korean zinsang , Goskhra and Nitric Oxide caps with coffie before workout. I don't understand why ESR is elevated. Neither i smoke neither i have any congestion nor any thing feeling bad. Uric acid is 6.6. And little bit colestrol i have with SGPT AND SGOT little raises. What should i do now next? Kindly let me know i am just confused about it.

rise in esr may be due to many reasons which could be physiological or pathological.But as your liver profile is also deranged it is not normal. need to discuss the case in detail
