Send ur CECT thorax & abdomen report along with  endoscopic biopsy report. I want to know about the stage of ur disease after that I can make a best suitable treatment plan for ur disease.

Chances of surviving atleast 5yrs - 25% in stage 3&4, >50% in stage 1&2. Chances also depend on the patient ability to walk around without any discomfort or climb stairs, as well as his oral intake capacity.
