I am 30 years old. I am suffering from erectile dysfunction. I am not getting excited enough as well as sexual desire is less due to the feeling of not getting erection. I am loosing confidence. How can I reverse my ED problem. I also have grade 2 varicocele and testesteron level was 270. Please advise
