Respected Doctor, I have two children and it's been four years since my first delivery and the first episiotomy was on the right side near the anus and came out like a small cut almost like a pit.It took a long time to change and it must have taken year. There is still a small wound there and it hurts when touched. When I consulted the doctor, he said that there is no problem with that wound, but there is tension.I have seen two gynecologists and a surgeon and they looked at the wound and said there is no problem but don't stress about it but sometimes it feels like blood is coming out. It's almost like a mustard seed but the blood comes out every now and then, not always, but when pressed it bleeds..How does that one small wound change and is there any problem with the wound being there?
