Episiotomy pain
Even after 3 years of delivery my episiotomy pains & interferes with regular life, it pains during my periods and intercourse

Hello There, Episiotomy is incision to Vaginal muscle ( posterior Vaginal wall). Naturally Vaginal wall is strong but due to Surgical incision it gets weaken. "Kegel Exercise " everyday is much helpful in this situation. It will help to increase strength of Pelvic floor muscle and Vaginal wall.
