Great to know you are eager to go through Ayurveda panchakarma.
For healthier one Pancha karma followed by Rasayan Therapy is must to spare from your up coming diseases.
Ideally for all 5 karma takes 185 days. Bcoz per procedure 7-9 days but you have to maintain proper gaps between 2 procedure otherwise you not gate proper benefits and may be you will suffer some problem.
So do it under observation of m.d.panchakarma.
Next Steps
contact nearby ayurvedic doctor/ contact me personally on practo for further details.
hello, if you want to do all panchakarma then you have to do it according to season . like in jun- jully you can do basti. other way that consult ayurvedic doctor he will examine your PRAKRITI & complete case after that he will guide you which therapies are more beneficial to you
Panchakarma includes 5 major procedures.usually these procedures are done basing on the constitution of the individual.vamana, virechana, vasti, nasya, raktamokokshsanam are the 5 therapies.raktamokshanam is required only if you suffer for serious blood related diseases.
Usually each procedure takes 7-10 days time.
