Enlarged fetal gall bladder
Fetal growth is maintaining with AC on 20th centile.Gall bladder appears dilated 8 mm. fetal bladder and kidneys see normal. Amniotic fluid and fetal Dopplers are normal Suggest followup scan after 2 weeks for fetal well being and assess the same Shd i worry about the enlargement of fetal gall bladder

Fetal growth with AC at 20th is okay . Other parameters are to be considered for growth as well . About the gall bladder, can be commented after delivery
