Laparoscopic surgery is very beneficial for removing endometriotic cyst without causing any damage to normal ovarian tissue. But first it should be assessed by a gynecologist with experience in infertility and endometriosis as excessive removal of ovarian tissue can result in drastic fall in ovarian reserve. Surgery is better performed by a gynaecologist specialised in gynecological endoscopy.
